Achieve fire prevention, quasi-fire prevention, and quasi-fire resistance with oyster shell power! Strong against water and five times the strength!
Jointly developed with Kinki University and obtained a patent! Seto plaster: shortened construction period, five times the strength, fire-resistant, quasi-fire-resistant, and quasi-fireproof certification obtained from the Minister. This is a revolutionary wall material that achieves astonishing high strength, high adhesion, and rapid hardening by mixing calcium ion water extracted from Hiroshima oysters into the plaster. With five times the strength and reduced likelihood of cracks, it is also effective for seismic reinforcement. Zero chemical materials like resins! It is 100% natural material plaster. basic information
The wall material "Seto Shikkui," made from calcium ion water generated from oyster shells, is a revolutionary new material for walls. Seto Shikkui is a natural plaster that is gentle on both the body and the environment, developed through collaborative research between Kenchikusha Co., Ltd., Yuwanto Village, and Kinki University. As a result of extensive research, the calcium ion water contained in Seto Shikkui reacts with carbon dioxide in the air, transforming into solid calcium carbonate. During this process, when the plaster dries and shrinks, it effectively fills the gaps that form inside, increasing its strength. The strength is five times greater, and it aims to create sand plaster walls with a thickness of 30mm or more (15mm thick wood lath and 15mm thick plaster). It is effective for breathability, heat retention, air purification, and condensation prevention. Furthermore, the unique effects of the plaster can be expected to last for many years in proportion to the amount of plaster used. We invite you to try this eco-friendly wall material that combines wood lath for reduced construction time and cost.
