Calculate the appropriate tension to contribute to the extension of the belt's lifespan!
It is an excellent product that can precisely measure the tension of V-belts, toothed belts, flat belts, and more, depending on the frequency. It can be used not only for belts but also for metal-based items. Anything that you want to measure the frequency of, such as motor vibrations or golf club shafts, is acceptable.

basic information
When a sensor is attached to the target belt and flicked with a finger, the vibration frequency is measured and displayed. There is a dedicated app, so if you input the belt used, the pulley used, the distance between shafts, etc., it will determine whether the tension is appropriate (the minimum tension for V-belts).

Applications/Examples of results
In the initial stage of a drive belt, it can be a concern how much tension should be applied. Additionally, it's also important to consider how much it has loosened after prolonged use. In such cases, please use this tension master. You can set it up using a dedicated app (compatible with smartphones), or you can use your own settings based on your experience.
