The "foodproof(R) Microorganism" is a real-time PCR kit that detects major spoilage yeasts affecting the manufacturing process and storage in about 2 hours (with a 40-minute operation time). It includes UNG to reduce carryover and comes standard with an internal control to prevent false negatives.
