The welds on the flange have no foreign matter accumulation, and the strength is increased by welding both the inner and outer surfaces!
Many troubles in hydraulic piping arise from the welded joints of elbows and tees. In hydraulic piping, the internal welding of pipe fittings is only done from the outside, which leads to air and foreign matter accumulation in all welded areas inside the piping, creating a place for burnt residue and acid to collect. Therefore, we have adopted integrated fittings with a smooth flow path and no gaps, eliminating air and foreign matter accumulation. The welded joints of the flange have no foreign matter accumulation, and the internal and external welding has increased strength. 【Issues】 ■ Short lifespan of hydraulic oil ■ Deterioration of cylinder seals due to thermal compression ■ Foreign matter coming out from gaps leading to cylinder failure ■ Causes of equipment failure ■ Difficult maintenance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
