Inspection device that applies acceleration/yaw rate using a robot and determines based on sensor CAN data.
【Features】 - Achieves motion control of the robot via ORiN2 using LabVIEW. - The robot picks up workpieces on the conveyor and applies acceleration and yaw rate according to specified conditions. It reads data from the sensor CAN line to distinguish good products. - Two robots are controlled in parallel to reduce takt time. 【Implementation Effects】 - Controlling the robot with a measurement PC improves the accuracy of measurement points and enhances inspection precision. - Measurement data can be checked immediately, contributing to defect analysis.
