"Epocote Extra/Multi" is a screw-type pipe end anti-corrosion joint that completely prevents red water. It incorporates a PPE resin integrated injection-molded anti-corrosion section and injects a non-drying sealant into the threaded part. There is no exposure of the iron base that causes corrosion, and since the water contact area is entirely made of PPE resin, it completely prevents red water.
