Real-time measurement of pressure distribution that could not be seen until now using ultra-thin sensor sheets!
"I-SCAN" is a system that reads the pressure distribution applied to an ultra-thin sensor sheet approximately 0.1mm thick and allows for various displays and analyses on a PC screen. The sensing points can reach up to about 2,000, enabling high-density pressure distribution measurement. Additionally, we offer a wide range of sensor sheet variations that cover low pressures from 50kPa to high pressures up to 20MPa. 【Features】 - An ultra-thin sensor sheet with a thickness of 0.1mm that has a simple structure, is reusable, and is cost-effective. - The sensitivity of the sensor can be adjusted on the software side according to the measurement pressure. - Real-time measurement is possible with a maximum sampling rate of 100Hz. - By linking with a web camera, the ease of analysis is improved (optional). - Measurement data can be saved in ASC II, AVI, JPEG, and MATLAB formats. - Reliable support from a Japanese manufacturer. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
