Despite being a rotary cutter, it has a guillotine-style design, providing exceptional cutting performance during continuous operation!
**Features** - Continuous cutting is possible without stopping the flow of materials due to the rotary cutting method. - The guillotine cut, created by the diagonally mounted rotating blade and fixed blade, provides exceptional sharpness. - Designed for heavy-duty use, it can cut relatively hard foods. - Ultra-high-speed cutting (800 cuts per minute). - The food contact parts are made entirely of stainless steel, making them easy to clean with water. - It can also be integrated into existing production lines. - Safety device: The cover for the blade section activates a safety switch that automatically stops the motor when removed.
