Added a lineup of screw standards for even more convenience! Hose fittings (stainless steel, screw type) that prevent hose disconnection and fluid leakage, and have high energy-saving effects.
The Toyo Connector "TC3-S" is a specialized fitting designed exclusively for Toyox hoses by a hose manufacturer. We have added five new thread standards, increasing our total selection to ten! It has become even more convenient as bushings are no longer required for installation on the machine side. <Added Thread Standards> R1/4 (hose inner diameter 9mm), R3/8 (hose inner diameter 12mm), R3/8 (hose inner diameter 15mm), R1/2 (hose inner diameter 19mm), R3/4 (hose inner diameter 25mm) - five types in total. ~Helpful Points of Toyo Connector~ 【Prevention of Production Troubles】 By preventing hose disconnection and fluid leakage, efficient and stable production becomes possible. 【High Energy Saving Effect】 Compared to bamboo joints, the effective area of the hose opening is larger, which can reduce pressure loss and is expected to lower power consumption. 【Realization of Work Standardization】 Insertion into the hose is easy, shortening piping time, and with simple tightening for installation, work standardization is achieved along with maintenance-free operation that does not require re-tightening. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
