The double wedge structure enables direct lifting of the striking plate! Maintenance has further evolved!
The "Regzain Peller R" is an impact crusher equipped with a dedicated jib crane as standard, significantly reducing the load of impact plate replacement and inversion tasks. By engaging the impact plate and wedge, it securely holds the impact plate in place and prevents lateral movement. This eliminates the need for dedicated parts for fixing, thereby shortening maintenance work time. Additionally, by pulling the wedge from the rotor side, it is possible to lift the impact plate directly above the rotor. 【Features】 ■ Significantly reduces work load with a dedicated jib crane ■ Enlarged inspection door for excellent maintenance and inspection ■ Achieves direct lifting of the impact plate with a double wedge structure ■ Equipped with a new lateral movement prevention mechanism ■ Options available for both "crushing type" and "granulation type" mechanisms ■ Allows for free rotation and fixing of the rotor by hand *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
