[New Products] High Toughness SiN, High Purity SiC, Carbon-Dispersed SiC

1. A new material that significantly improves the brittleness of high-toughness silicon nitride "SNP04" ceramics and increases fracture toughness by 1.3 times. It achieves a thermal conductivity that is 2.4 times higher than conventional materials. 2. High-purity silicon carbide "SCP05" successfully reduces the metallic impurities contained in conventional silicon carbide. 3. Carbon-dispersed silicon carbide "P2G" achieves excellent sliding properties by uniformly dispersing carbon within the silicon carbide matrix. It greatly contributes to the reduction of wear in sliding components.
