【Manufacturing Characteristics】 ■ Low-Pressure Casting - A method that pushes molten metal (melted aluminum alloy) upward against gravity at low speed and low pressure. ■ Gravity Casting - A method where molten metal is poured into a mold with a supply opening at the top, relying solely on the weight of the molten metal (gravity) without applying external pressure. ■ Die Casting - A casting method where molten metal is injected into the mold under high pressure. ■ Sand Casting Mold - A production method suitable for mass production, as it allows for continuous mold creation if a mold is available. ■ Shell Mold Casting - A process where a special sand is injected into a heated mold, hardening with heat to form core sand.
