The UCA-400DC is a cutting machine integrated with a dust collection device that collects dust and chips generated during the cutting of aluminum sashes and profiles by suctioning them into a barrel. Its patented dust collection structure (Patent No. 7572599) keeps the work environment clean and minimizes the impact on surrounding equipment and workers. The need for conventional stationary dust collectors is eliminated, significantly reducing the installation area. It achieves a balance of space-saving and high-precision processing, enabling safe, comfortable, and highly efficient aluminum processing in factories. ✅ Features - Efficient dust collection: Achieves a maximum chip recovery of 20L.
