The "Green G1 Chuck" features a vibration-damping structure inside the holder, which reduces vibrations during high-speed and heavy cutting (Fig. 1), enabling high feed rates for end mills. With a vibration-damping structure and a guaranteed overall runout accuracy of 5μm, the burden on the tool is significantly reduced, extending tool life. The rigidity of the holder is enhanced, resulting in good surface roughness even during high-speed and heavy cutting, allowing for both roughing and finishing operations with a single product.
