The material is developed in-house by VASU Corporation (a Hong Kong capital enterprise), which is a material manufacturer, and it is a bio-based (corn starch) and biodegradable resin material for which they hold a patent. They have established a production facility with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons and a material development system in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, China, and have a track record of 10 years since production began. Additionally, the plants used as raw materials are non-GMO, have ultra-high molecular weight and low MFR, and do not contain harmful additives, making them safe for applications that come into direct contact with food. Founded 91 years ago as "Yashima Automobile Parts Trading Company," our company originated from the automotive parts division of Yashima Motor Co., which was the general importer of Chrysler vehicles in 1926.
