Compared to hot air overheating, it has 4 to 6 times the heat transfer capability, allowing for a reduction in heat treatment time! This will be explained with photos and block diagrams.
This document explains the recommendation for superheated steam carbonization treatment equipment. Heating with superheated steam involves a combination of radiation, convection, and condensation heat transfer, allowing for efficient heating in an oxygen-free environment. It introduces the heating characteristics of superheated steam at atmospheric pressure, examples of the expanded applications of atmospheric pressure superheated steam carbonization furnaces, and a block diagram of the rice husk carbonization device system. [Contents] - Comparison of heating characteristics using atmospheric pressure superheated steam and hot air (heated air) - What is atmospheric pressure superheated steam? - Characteristics of atmospheric pressure superheated steam - Recommendation for atmospheric pressure superheated steam continuous treatment carbonization furnace equipment - Examples of expanded applications for atmospheric pressure superheated steam carbonization furnaces *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company is engaged in the engineering and sales proposals of biomass-related equipment. We assist in switching from fossil fuels to biomass fuels and propose RDF fuel manufacturing systems by drying combustible waste using high-speed dryers. By extracting glycerin from used cooking oil and utilizing it as an antifreeze and de-icing agent, we can prevent salt damage and effectively prevent road freezing and roof snow accumulation. We are focusing on the production of plant-based silica and material sales using rice husk silica generation machines. We have confirmed results in soil improvement and increased crop yields, as well as disease prevention, using newly developed special bacteria D-BIO.
