Adoption of black low-temperature black chrome plating! This is an example of surface treatment applied for the purpose of preventing halation.

When using CCMT in the process of work recognition by camera, there was a malfunction where errors occurred in image recognition due to halation. As a countermeasure, we would like to introduce a manufacturing example where surface treatment aimed at preventing halation was applied to CCMT. As a result of trying various surface treatments, we adopted "matte black low-temperature black chrome plating," which had a higher halation prevention effect.
