The management association of "Cosmo Kajigaya Le Seine" has verified the prevention of red rust deterioration in water supply pipes using the red rust prevention device "NMR Pipe Protector," ensuring long-term pipe longevity.

In the condominium "Cosmo Kajigaya Le Seine," where the NMR Pipe Protector has been introduced, polyvinyl chloride lined steel pipes (VLP) were used for the water supply piping. Polyvinyl chloride lined steel pipes (VLP) refer to pipes that are internally coated with polyvinyl chloride. While the joints of the pipes are prone to red rust deterioration, the straight sections are excellent in durability and corrosion resistance, and are currently used in most buildings' water supply pipes. However, this water supply piping has high maintenance costs, and after several decades of installation, measures against water leaks due to red rust at the joints become necessary. Many water supply pipes experience issues such as red rust blockage at the joints, water leaks, and deterioration of water quality after twenty years.
