"Preservative-treated wood" - Various options available for specifications tailored to the site and combinations with other materials for grape cultivation house components!
This product is a component used as the framework for grape cultivation houses, a specialty of Okayama. Compared to metal, it is advantageous because it allows for easy modifications and can be easily processed to fit the site. By combining this component with metal pipes and wires, we create a vinyl house specifically for grapes, where the grapes are cultivated. At our factory, we perform a semicircular processing on the tip of the wooden posts to accommodate the metal pipes that will serve as the framework for the vinyl, and we carry out a full perimeter chamfering process for the safety of the workers. Once the processing is complete, we apply a pressure-injection type of preservative treatment to prevent it from rotting immediately, and it is then finished. 【Features】 - Hollowing processing tailored to the diameter of the pipe framework - The full length of the posts can be manufactured according to order - Several holes for wires are opened in the middle section, but it is also easy to attach fittings or cut lengths on-site. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
