The filter press type automatic pressure filtration and squeezing machine 'ONP type' and 'ONG type' is a pressure filtration and squeezing machine specialized for solid-liquid separation of beverages and food mash, including sake, vinegar, and mirin. It quickly separates the solid and liquid components of beverages, seasonings, and food mash, while our unique seal-less structure minimizes the aroma transfer to the product caused by mechanical squeezing. Additionally, the squeezing process is designed to reduce damage to the mash caused by high pressure by gradually inflating the diaphragm sheet after the mash is injected with a pump. The squeezing pressure can also be adjusted as desired, allowing for filtration and squeezing according to the customer's preferred degree of extraction. Regarding the maintenance of the filter plates, the structure does not use adhesives, enabling disassembly of the squeezing plates with just two screwdrivers. We have received feedback that customers can replace parts themselves in the event of trouble, especially in remote locations or overseas. In terms of specifications, we offer a range from 2 stages (10 kg of cake) to 200 stages (1000 kg of cake) based on the standard ONP type, and we can manufacture specifications tailored to customer needs by combining optional items. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.*

This also complies with the positive list system. 〇 Inlet shape that reduces clogging of thick mash (ONP wide mouth type, ONP ginjo type) To address the issue of mash clogging that previously caused production stoppages, we have designed a wider inlet, making it less likely for high-sake mash to clog. 〇 Board mounting method that reduces the risk of falling By rounding the guide processing of the board suspension part, we reduce the risk of falling during board movement.
