Our shuttle kiln performs heat treatment that flexibly responds to severe environmental changes from low to high temperatures, thanks to our "in-house developed burner" and "temperature control system." It achieves precise temperature control from a low temperature range (approximately 100°C) at a rate of 2°C/h, effectively addressing the variations in the kiln environment (gas-air ratio) that can change with the seasons and product weight. As a result, there is no need to change the kiln based on temperature, allowing for consistent heat treatment with a single unit, contributing to improved productivity and operational efficiency. Additionally, it accommodates various heat treatment processes for "large ceramics," which are considered difficult to degrease and fire, as well as "special steels" and "chemical raw materials."
