JQA conducts inspections as a designated inspection organization authorized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry under the Measurement Law for specific measuring instruments known as environmental specific measuring instruments. Specific measuring instruments used for transactions and certification must undergo inspection based on the Measurement Law and must pass the inspection.
