The deep ultraviolet semiconductor laser system from TopTika is an ideal single-frequency laser light source for many demanding applications, including lithography, optical testing & inspection, and holography. This laser system can continuously oscillate DUV wavelengths down to 193nm using FHG generation technology. By adopting an all-solid design based on semiconductor lasers, it offers advantages over traditionally used gas lasers in many aspects, such as electrical/optical conversion efficiency, device size, lifespan, and consumable costs. - High output of up to several hundred mW - High coherence: coherence length exceeding 100m (<1MHz linewidth) - Low running costs - A rich wavelength lineup from deep ultraviolet to visible (wavelength tuning options) - Robust & high reliability (frequency stabilization options)
