Flexibly adapting to resin parts with a three-dimensional surface! We were able to respond to our customers' desire for a beautiful ride.
The motorcycle manufacturer is facing the challenge of graphic marks being destroyed due to the harsh usage environment of off-road bikes. We propose a method of "printing graphic marks on the back of a thick film that excels in abrasion resistance." While the ink layer of regular stickers gets worn away, by using a thick film, we achieve a superior abrasion-resistant surface. It flexibly conforms to three-dimensional curved resin parts, completing a back print that combines workability, abrasion resistance, and chip resistance. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge - Graphic marks are destroyed due to the harsh usage environment of off-road bikes. ■ Proposal - Print graphic marks on the back of a thick film that excels in abrasion resistance. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
