Adjustable tension in all directions! Solving the challenges of customers with resin products!
We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving using our commercial tofu cutter. A customer experiencing issues with resin products requested stainless steel products. We cut the sides using stainless steel laser processing and performed bending processing with a brake press. For areas under tension, we drilled small holes at both ends of the plate and used φ2 round bars. We processed the ends with screws to apply tension, allowing for adjustment of tension both vertically and horizontally. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
