Developed a coating "Metaloid" that enables non-electrolytic plating! Introduction to plating methods.
The method involves printing or coating "Metaloid" on resin products, allowing for electroless plating to adhere well and deposit on the coating. As a result, the pretreatment process for resin plating is unnecessary, and by blending suitable binders, reliable plating can be formed even on engineering plastics that conventional techniques cannot adhere to. Additionally, we are advancing application development such as transfer foils and 3D printing, accumulating various achievements as a new plating process that solves your challenges. 【Metaloid Features】 ■ Green Nanotechnology ■ No pretreatment for resin plating ■ Plating possible through printing ■ High adhesion without etching on difficult substrates like engineering plastics *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
