Set up the collection and analysis of each data, and it is also possible to display input signals from the vibration sensor!
In the manufacturing industry, we will introduce an example of a solution when implementing a "predictive maintenance system" for equipment maintenance. It is possible to collect and analyze data from existing PLCs and data loggers. Data can also be collected and analyzed from input signals from vibration sensors, with support for up to 12 channels. 【Implementation Points】 ■ Detect abnormalities in equipment and utilize them for maintenance ■ It is also possible to use information collected from currently used equipment ■ The gathered information is aggregated and presented as graphs and statistical data, making it easier for managers to grasp daily conditions *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
