Depending on the insulating material, high-speed processing of up to 600m/min is possible! It can also be applied to materials that are difficult to process.
"CableTEC" is a standard/customized corona treatment machine designed to process various extruded parts such as cables, tubes, and optical fibers. It is a cost-effective proprietary technology for modifying polymer cable insulators (PE, PP, PTFE) and extruded products, optimizing the adhesion of printing inks and component coatings. Furthermore, this inline processing system, specially designed by Tantec, can be easily integrated into new or existing production lines. 【Features】 ■ Non-contact full-surface treatment: Does not damage products ■ Standard cable processing: Suitable for diameters of 0.5 to 8 mm (other sizes can be accommodated upon request) ■ Shielding of processing stations: Complies with CE regulations ■ Conveyor speed adaptive control: Allows for automatic start/stop of processing ■ "Watt density" control: Ensures uniform processing even when line speed varies *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
