"Mahaclean" is a cleaning agent for extrusion molding machines and injection molding machines developed by Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Trading Co., Ltd. Its significant features include high cleaning effectiveness and low odor during operation. ★ For engineering plastics and super engineering plastics (P-500, P-100) Suitable for engineering plastics and super engineering plastics at temperatures ranging from 250°C to 360°C. ★ For transparent products, general-purpose plastics, and cleaning replacement applications (P-36, P-33) Non-filler type. Usable in the temperature range of 220°C to 320°C.

【Product Information】 ★P-100 A grade without glass fiber, with added inorganic materials. ★P-500 A grade specialized for dirt removal with added glass fiber. ★P-36 A general grade non-filler with added AS resin. Usable for general engineering plastics, optical applications, ABS, and POM. The applicable temperature range is 220-320℃. It is an improved grade for bite resistance and purging characteristics, also usable in single-screw extruders.
