Expecting insulation effects! A case where the factory felt cooler in summer and the heat shielding effect was experienced.
We would like to introduce a case study of the solar power roof leasing business implemented by Toa Corporation. The company had previously considered introducing solar power, but at that time, the costs were high, so they focused on capital investment in their main business. They wanted to achieve heat insulation effects in the factory during the summer and decided to implement the system with the hope that it would help alleviate the heat for factory workers. Additionally, the roof leasing business incurs no costs, provides stable rental income for 20 years, has high business viability, and contributes to the spread of renewable energy. 【Case Study】 - Implementation Date: July 2020 - Location: Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture *For more details about the case, please visit our company website.
