A rubber hose for construction machinery that can accommodate compact piping with a small outer diameter and minimum bending radius.
The "Amarex Series Hose" is a rubber hose for construction machinery, coated with a super abrasion-resistant sheet on the outer surface. With a wear count of 50,000 cycles and a wear amount of 0.01g, it possesses abrasion resistance that is difficult to achieve with rubber materials, eliminating the need for abrasion protection covers. Additionally, due to the thinness of the super abrasion-resistant sheet, the outer diameter and minimum bending radius of the hose are also small, making it sufficiently compatible with compact piping. 【Product Overview】 ■ Structure - Inner tube: Oil-resistant synthetic rubber - Reinforcement layer: High tensile strength steel wire - Outer cover: Abrasion and weather-resistant synthetic rubber - Outer abrasion material: Super abrasion-resistant polyethylene sheet ■ Applicable fluids: General hydraulic oil ■ Fluid temperature range: -40℃ to +100℃ ■ Recommended ambient temperature: -40℃ to +80℃ *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
