Real-time monitoring of accelerated corrosion testing via wireless means.
The AirCorr corrosion monitoring system is a corrosion monitoring system that sensitively captures, records, and stores the degree to which atmospheric conditions (atmospheric composition, temperature, humidity) promote metal corrosion, known as "atmospheric corrosivity." It captures and records changes in the depth of metal corrosion at extremely short time intervals ranging from a few seconds to a few hours. Application examples: ◇ Measurement and evaluation of differences in atmospheric corrosivity based on vehicle components ◇ Measurement and evaluation of atmospheric corrosivity for ships, transportation, and storage facilities ◇ Evaluation of atmospheric corrosivity for iron structures such as iron bridges, railway tracks, and iron towers ◇ Evaluation of atmospheric corrosivity within factory facilities (e.g., paper mills, clean rooms, etc.) ◇ Evaluation of atmospheric corrosivity within cultural heritage preservation and exhibition facilities ◇ Evaluation of atmospheric corrosivity within preservation and exhibition facilities for books, paintings, etc. AirCorr Sensor Metal materials, thickness ・ Fe/Steel 250µm thickness ・ Zn/Zinc 50µm thickness ・ Cu/Copper 50µm thickness
