The "Space Sterilization Ace Test" is a biological indicator for sterilization inside isolators and for disinfecting spaces such as hospital rooms and pharmaceutical factories. Since sterilization in these spaces occurs at low pressure, strips coated with bacterial strains are placed inside sterilization packs. The culture medium is contained in a separate container, so after sterilization is complete, the strips inside the sterilization pack are removed in a clean bench and placed into the culture medium for incubation. It can also be used for formaldehyde fumigation.
