Astro Mark 4A2

Achieve a thin and uniform ink layer! It demonstrates excellent printability even with UV inks and hybrid inks.

"Astro Mark 4A2" is a non-alcoholic dampening solution for sheet-fed printing machines that reduces ink contamination on the water stick. It suppresses over-emulsification of ink during long-run printing, maintaining a stable water supply even with heavy images. It does not damage the image areas of CTP and PS plates. Additionally, its strong hydrophobic effect prevents dirt from adhering to the plate surface and demonstrates excellent printing suitability for vegetable-based inks, UV inks, and hybrid inks. 【Features】 ■ Suppresses over-emulsification of ink during long-run printing ■ Achieves a thin and uniform water film on the plate ■ Does not damage the image areas of CTP and PS plates ■ Strong hydrophobic effect prevents dirt from adhering to the plate surface ■ Suppresses pH increases caused by the influence of ink and paper dust *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
