The advantages of brazing with wire include a reduction in the amount of oxygen brought into the NB furnace compared to using jigs, which also extends the lifespan of the mesh belt, thereby increasing brazing efficiency. Furthermore, heating the wire requires less energy than heating the jig, resulting in lower energy costs for the furnace.
