The L-shaped intersection leading to this plant is frequented by carts and equipment being transported by plant personnel, and we were concerned that a collision might occur someday. Therefore, we installed mirrors. After installation, we were able to see people coming from blind spots on both sides of the intersection, allowing for safer passage. Additionally, we installed mirrors in areas within the plant where pedestrians could be in blind spots. The installation method is simply "stick it on," making it easy to implement, and the immediate confirmation of its effectiveness is a great benefit.
