Water supply facilities are an important lifeline! It is our responsibility to ensure a certain level of water intake even during emergencies such as earthquakes.
"Water Tank Lining (Reservoir Lining)" is a construction method primarily used for the internal lining (corrosion and waterproofing) of concrete tanks (such as PC tanks and RC tanks) to protect the structure over the long term. As the seismic retrofitting of water supply facilities is promoted to secure lifelines, internal lining plays a very important role in achieving the same objectives of securing water and preventing leaks. The balance between elongation and strength of waterproof and anti-corrosion materials is a crucial factor, and in recent years, there has been increasing attention on high-strength, elongation-type polyurea resins over rigid coatings like epoxy, particularly from the perspective of preventing leak accidents caused by earthquake damage. [Types of Construction] ■ Ultra-fast curing spray lining (urethane, polyurea) ■ Epoxy lining ■ Reinforced plastic lining (FRP, vinyl ester) ■ Mortar protection method *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Advantages of Construction】 ■ Ultra-fast curing spray lining (urethane and polyurea) - Low flow friction coefficient allows for a large volume of water to flow with minimal water depth - Not affected by temperature, enabling large area construction in a short time - Utilizes high-strength, elastic coating properties, making it strong against structural behavior ■ Epoxy lining - Depending on the method, can be constructed at a low cost ■ Reinforced plastic lining (FRP and vinyl ester) - High surface strength and rigidity, with excellent long-term durability ■ Mortar protection method - Can be applied on slightly wet surfaces *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
