The casing produced this time has a wall thickness of approximately 10 to 20 mm in the radial direction, with an inner diameter tolerance range of about ±0.02, requiring expertise during the inner diameter machining. Our company has extensive experience not only with aluminum castings but also with FC, SUS, and copper castings, possessing a wealth of know-how in casting processing, which enabled us to handle this machining as well.
