This reduces powder generation and cuts to a particle size closer to the shape of the blade. ■ Fewer miscuts and uniform particle size The screenless structure prevents miscuts and maintains a uniform particle size. The phenomenon of elongated items, such as runners, that previously passed through the screen bridging at the hopper of the injection molding machine during reuse has been eliminated.

In the helical blades, the axial displacement occurs according to the escape angle, which reduces retention in the groove area, allowing for efficient grinding and producing a particle size closer to the blade shape.
