Drone roof inspection × spray-type roof renovation method "SOSEI Method"
SOSEI Method
With a sophisticated drone, safely inspect roofs from above! You can check the condition of the roof in real-time on the spot. Damaged areas can be identified immediately.
The "SOSEI Method" is a unique method developed by Toyoko that allows for waterproofing, reinforcement, and insulation to be performed in a single construction process, making it suitable for the renovation of slate roofs. A special three-layer resin is sprayed to seamlessly integrate the surface. Additionally, we conduct a site survey when preparing estimates, and if requested, we can deploy a drone. 【Approved by the Aviation Bureau!】 Toyoko is authorized by the Aviation Bureau, allowing flights across "all of Japan." 【Flight Restrictions in Densely Populated Areas】 If flight plans are registered with the "Drone Information Infrastructure System" each time, flights are possible. Toyoko registers flight plans each time, ensuring safe operations. <Advantages of Using Drones for Roof Inspections> ■ No worries about stepping through slate roofs, ensuring safety ■ No risk of high-altitude falls ■ Immediate confirmation of roof conditions ■ Roof inspections completed in a short time <Our Drones> ■ Flight permission and approval from the Aviation Bureau ■ Manufactured by "DJI," the world's largest company with a 70% global market share ■ Capable of capturing high-quality images with 12 million pixels and 4K video ■ Equipped with omnidirectional obstacle detection sensors *You can view the materials via "PDF Download."
