Amid the habitual wearing of masks due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of fabric masks has also increased. While they can be washed repeatedly, a drawback is that it is difficult to maintain their three-dimensional shape, and they are prone to losing their shape after washing. The use of adhesive interlining can resolve these issues, but there has been no objective safety certification for mask-specific adhesive interlining. This not only ensures safety but also improves the ease of sewing by using interlining. About Oeko-Tex Standard 100: Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is a certification awarded only to products that have passed rigorous analytical tests targeting over 350 harmful chemicals, serving as a world-class standard for safe textile products and an important indicator in trade and consumption in over 100 countries. Class 1 is the most stringent standard among these, awarded only to products that have passed extremely strict testing criteria, proving that they are safe for infants to put in their mouths and for sensitive skin to touch.
