In recent years, concerns about its "toxicity" have arisen, and it has been listed as a "substance subject to restrictions under the REACH regulation" in Europe, and it is expected to have similar impacts in Japan in the future. NMP-free water-based polyimide varnish can contribute to "avoiding the use of NMP" and "reducing VOCs for environmental improvement." Our company offers an "NMP completely free aqueous solution" that utilizes polyamic acid generated by the unique chemical treatment of polyimide film that becomes unnecessary during polyimide film processing.
