Alpha Care Maintenance Program (CPMP)

At Alpha Technologies' U.S. factory, we have obtained ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation. In addition to regular inspection work, we can perform additional tasks at the request of our customers and issue calibration certificates with the A2LA symbol required for customers who have obtained ISO 9000. *Alpha Technologies is the only manufacturer of the "RPA Rubber Processing Analysis Device" that has obtained ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation. We offer three types of maintenance contracts according to customer needs. We recommend entering into a maintenance contract to maintain data reliability, prevent sudden failures, and ensure regular calibration of detectors. 1) Maintenance Contract Programs 1. Alpha Care Simple: Annual inspection 2. Alpha Care Select: Biannual inspection *Includes torque standard calibration 3. Alpha Care Advantage: Quarterly inspection *Includes torque standard calibration and film 2) Inspection Contents 1. Power measurement for each part, die temperature measurement, pressure measurement (for devices with pressure gauges) 2.
