Ten times the corrosion resistance of conventional plated steel sheets! Resource-saving medium-weight boltless racks.
This product is a medium-duty boltless rack made from Zn-Al-Mg-based high corrosion-resistant hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, which has ten times the corrosion resistance of conventional galvanized steel sheets. The cut surfaces and scratched areas form a dense and strongly adhesive protective film over time due to the effects of magnesium and aluminum, preventing oxidation of the base material. Thanks to the dense protective film, it finishes with a more beautiful gray surface than conventional products, making it an environmentally friendly product that addresses resource conservation with features like "long lifespan" and "high corrosion resistance with less coating adhesion." 【Features】 ■ Ten times the corrosion resistance of conventional galvanized steel sheets ■ Prevents oxidation of the base material ■ Beautiful gray surface ■ Environmentally friendly resource conservation ■ Maximum load capacity (uniformly distributed load): 300kg・500kg per tier *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
