Used for 'handwashing in front of the breeding room' and 'cage cleaning spray'! Introducing examples of the implementation of a super hypochlorous acid water generation device.
We would like to introduce a case where the "Steri Mixer Series" super hypochlorous acid generation system was installed at the Animal Life Science Research Center in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture. Super hypochlorous acid is used not only to reduce bacteria from feces and other sources but also for cleaning hands and equipment, as well as for disinfecting work and experimental clothing. It has been installed in all animal rooms and operating rooms, as well as in hallways, restrooms, and common areas alongside regular tap water. This weakly acidic water is expected to have both bactericidal and deodorizing effects, which is why space spraying devices have been installed in the ceilings of operating rooms, animal rooms, hallways, and common areas. 【System Details】 ■ Super hypochlorous acid: 50 ppm usage ■ Generation capacity: 2000 L/hour ■ Storage tank: 2000 L ■ Terminals: 60 dedicated faucets ■ Spraying devices: 37 locations *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
HSP has consistently focused on the weakly acidic hypochlorous acid water solution "Super Jiamizu" system for 20 years since its founding. Sodium hypochlorite, widely used in food and medical settings, is an excellent disinfectant, but by adjusting the pH to a weakly acidic level through proprietary technology, we have succeeded in enhancing its effectiveness while reducing adverse effects on people and the environment. Today, the world is struggling to find solutions in the face of threats from resistant bacteria and new strains of viruses. "Super Jiamizu" is gaining attention not only in the food, medical, and welfare sectors but also in various other fields, with generating devices operating in over 600 facilities and businesses both domestically and internationally. We have specialized teams in sales, research and development, manufacturing, design and construction, and maintenance, and we strive to respond promptly to ensure that everyone can use Super Jiamizu with confidence.
