The ultra-compact gun with a maximum of 16 nozzles reduces paint waste. Digitalization of painting conditions also improves reproducibility.
The "Swan-C" is an explosion-proof painting robot designed for small workpieces, which can be installed on existing spindle painting lines and achieves a highly reproducible finish. It can be equipped with up to 16 specially developed ultra-compact spray guns. Compared to our standard gun, the discharge volume is less than half, allowing for efficient painting of workpieces while minimizing waste.
