Using a multi-joint robot! Aligned workpieces are automatically transported to the next process along with the parts tray.
This is an automatic device that retrieves workpieces (plastic molded products, electronic components) from a molding machine using a multi-joint robot, performs deburring, conducts quality inspection, and accurately aligns only the specified number of good workpieces in a parts tray. The retrieval of workpieces from the plastic molding machine in the preceding process utilizes a multi-joint robot. Additionally, a two-axis robot is used for the alignment of the workpieces, and the aligned workpieces are automatically transported to the next work process along with the parts tray. 【Features】 - Performs deburring and quality inspection, accurately aligning only the specified number of good workpieces in the parts tray. - Utilizes a multi-joint robot for retrieving workpieces from the plastic molding machine. - Utilizes a two-axis robot for the alignment of workpieces. - Aligned workpieces are automatically transported to the next work process along with the parts tray. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
