Significantly reduce traditional working hours! Pick up the work that comes in separately and align it in the storage tray.
This is a work alignment device utilizing FANUC's high-performance gantry robot. By connecting a camera and encoder to the robot and using visual tracking functionality, it picks up workpieces flowing in randomly and aligns them in a storage tray without stopping the conveyor. The high motion performance of the parallel link robot and the visual tracking functionality significantly reduce conventional working time. 【Features】 ■ Utilizes FANUC's high-performance gantry robot ■ Uses visual tracking functionality ■ Picks up randomly flowing workpieces and aligns them in a storage tray ■ Significantly reduces conventional working time *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
