The "Production Module," which CTC sells and supports in Japan, can analyze NC data created by CAM and optimize machining conditions through machining simulation. By optimizing machining conditions through cutting load analysis, it stabilizes tool life and machining quality while achieving high-efficiency processing. This seminar will introduce examples using machining conditions optimized for high-hardness steel and the latest OSG high-hardness steel carbide end mills "AE-MSS-H" and "AE-MS-H."
