We offer contract processing for film welding using our high-frequency welder. In this case, we will introduce an example adopted for a "blood bag"! A blood bag is a disposable bag used to collect blood. Multiple port areas and the outer perimeter are combined and integrated through welding. **Customer's Challenge** PVC sheets and tubes undergo thermal deformation, but we want to maintain specified dimensions after welding. **Solution** Considering deformation due to welding, we designed a precise mold. The port area has a three-dimensional shape, so we delicately balance the pressure from above and below to achieve uniform welding. ★ Compatible Models Latest hybrid high-frequency welder, suitable for tube welding.
